We had a 73 year old home inspected by Al. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We had many questions, and Al addressed them all. He followed up in the days following the inspection to keep us apprised of tests that were performed. I would highly recommend Accuracy Plus Home Inspections to anyone wanting an experienced, honest, thorough professional to inspect before buying a home.

Al was amazing! If you’re buying a home and need an inspector, definitely go with Mr. Dingfelder and Accuracy Plus Home Inspections! He did such a thorough inspection and had no issues with me tagging along and asking questions. He was a complete delight, and was extremely knowledgeable about his work and houses in general. I left my house inspection feeling extremely confident.

I am extremely pleased by all home inspection services provided by Accuracy Plus Home Inspections. On inspection day the company provided two well qualified inspectors to facilitate a very thorough investigation of the home and components. Inspectors were exceptional communicators who showed us findings, demonstrated their process, explained how components worked and what I could do to maximize the comfort levels, safety, and value of my new home. Water samples were taken and radon monitor was installed during the inspection. Both results were provided quickly and details clearly explained.
Additionally, the thoroughness of the inspection and report details uncovered several items that resulted in seller credits

I can’t say enough about Accuracy Plus Home Inspections and Al Dingfelder. As a soon-to-be first time home owner, Al answered all of my questions (and then some) to help prepare my family and I to move into our new home.
